What We Spend and How We Spend It

Summaries of our finances in recent years, are provided in our Annual Reports..

Finance Services

To understand how we make decisions relating to finance and how we delegate financial decision-making, click on Standing Orders, Standing Financial Instructions and Schemes of Reservation & Delegation.

Changes to LPT's Standing Financial Instructions (SFI) and Scheme of Reservation and Delegation (SORD) have been made to reflect current governance arrangements.  These changes are set out in the three documents below and should be considered alongside the main SFI and SORD documents. At such time as LPT gains Foundation Trust status, these changes will be fully incorporated into new SFI and SORD documents for the Foundation Trust.

Purchasing and Procurement

Toilet rolls, syringes, office chairs, scissors, lever arch files, lawnmowers, aprons, photocopiers, hospital beds...

Imagine the products we need to buy to enable us to carry out our many functions.  Then there's the services, such as window cleaning and catering. The list goes on.

If you're interested in providing a service or becoming one of our registered suppliers, click on Leicestershire and Rutland Procurement. You will be able to see current contracts as well as new contracts that are available for tender.
