If you already use our services

Phone your Care Co-ordinator.

Or phone the ward or centre where you receive care or support. There will normally be somebody to answer your call.  Go to How to find us and scroll down the list to see contact details.

If you don't already use our services

Speak to your GP first about your needs and our services. We only take referrals from other health professionals.

Outside office hours

If you need help urgently, outside office hours, you can:

• go to the nearest Accident & Emergency department
• call NHS Direct on 0845 46 47
• go to your nearest NHS Walk-In Centre in Loughborough
• dial 999 for an ambulance if it's an emergency
• call Samaritans on 08457 909090
• call Rethink Focus Line on 08000 272127.
