Concerns and complaints:

Our staff aim to provide the highest standards of care and service. Occasionally things go wrong and you might feel unhappy or concerned about the care you or someone you care for has received. Always talk to a member of staff at the place the care or service was provided to try to resolve things quickly and informally. If this does not resolve your concerns you can contact a member of our PALS team and they can help you to decide what steps to take next. We might be able to help resolve your concerns informally or tell you about how you can make a formal complaint if you choose to do so. We will support you through either process. You're assured of complete confidentiality and your future care and treatment will not be affected.
