Get involved in our New Recovery College
The Trust is developing a new
Recovery College. For an opportunity to hear about the proposal to establish an education college, which will offer courses that reflect the concepts and principles of recovery, come along to our focus groupand share your views or find out more.
Involvement in Staff Recruitment & Interviews
We are keen to explore ways in which we can involve the people who use our services and their carers in the way that we recruit and interview our staff. We are keen to hear from people who would like to volunteer to take part. Take part in our 'Changing your Experience for the Better' Programme
As part of our patient experience improvement programme, we are keen to hear from any patients or carers who have recently been in contact with our community mental health services. We are looking for people who would like to volunteer to be interviewed and filmed about their experience, in particular what has made a good experience and what you would like to see improved. Films will be shown to staff as part of their training and development in relation to improving patient and carer experience.
Filming will take place on Wednesday 5th September during the day (between 9am and 5pm) at our Trust Headquarters in Enderby. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Joel McCann on
