During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have had to make changes to how we work with you. We would like to know what you think so that we can make improvements for the future.
The adult learning disability services have community nurses, psychologists, psychiatrists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and physiotherapists in the community team. We also have inpatient services – the Agnes Unit and Short Breaks.
