During the last 18 months we have been working with our service users and their carers, our staff and our partners to co-design improvements to transform our mental health and learning disabilities services.
As a result, 13 key design features have been developed which describe what the transformed services will include and look like.
To read the key design features document in its entirety, click here.
Alternatively, we have split the document into sub-documents below for ease of reading. Click on each link to view.
- Our Approach to Care
- How people will access our mental health and learning disabilities services
- How people will be assessed by our mental health and learning disabilities services
- The treatment and support that will be offered to people through our mental health and learning disabilities services and when they our leave our services
Please note: the key design features are in draft form only and may be refined and / or changed in line with the on-going testing and trialling of the draft model.
