Our staff are employed under NHS Terms and Conditions of Service. This is a performance based pay scheme which- your performance is assessed annually at appraisal, and this is your opportunity to progress within your pay band, and at key points in your career with us, progress your salary to the next pay step point.

On top of this, staff are eligible for enhanced pay when they work unsocial hours. nl/ We also offer 27 days of holiday entitlement per year, plus 8 public holidays, rising with service to 33 days after 10 years’ service.

The NHS also offers a Pensions scheme. Subject to eligibility, every new employee is now automatically enrolled onto the scheme.
