Learning Disability Short Breaks Service
Our Short Breaks Service provides short breaks for adults with learning disabilities and associated physical and sensory disabilities, challenging behaviours or autism.
Care is provided in 2 bungalows offering a short break/respite service to adults with a Learning Disability with either profound and mulitiple disabilities or who may have behaviour which might be challenging.
Referral criteria
Referrer should ensure patients referred are Adults with a diagnosis of a learning disability. Patients are required to have 100% health care funding and should have identified health care needs.
