Leicestershire Recovery College

Leicestershire Recovery College is an NHS college that provides a range of educational courses and resources for people with lived experience of mental health challenges, their friends, and family and Trust staff.

The college uses a recovery based approach to help people recognise and develop their personal resourcefulness in order to become experts in their own self-care, make informed choices about the assistance they need to do this, and do the things they want to do in life.

We are pleased to launch our Summer Term Prospectus containing a range of classroom and online courses designed to support your health and wellbeing.

If you wish to attend a course, you will first need to enrol as a student with the college. It’s really simple;

Referral criteria

No referral is necessary, however enrolment is required to attend Leicestershire Recovery College courses.

Courses are available to anyone over 18 years of age, who receives mental health services from LPT, also to their carers, family members and friends. Courses are also available to Leicestershire Partnership NHS staff, volunteers, and students on placement.

Criteria exclusion

None.

How to access this service

No referral required, self-referral encouraged.

What conditions do you cover
