  • When completing this section, please ensure you give a brief overview of the work as per the eligibility criteria for this award. Please note your nomination will be cut at 250 words if it exceeds the word count.

  • Filming

    The nominators of shortlisted nominees must be available for filming (remotely, via MS Teams) during one of the indicated weeks below. Films are shown at the awards ceremony and used on social media. Please select the week you are available to be filmed and please keep this free in your diary. We will be in touch to confirm whether your nomination has been included in the shortlist following the shortlisting panel in June. We will then give you an exact date and time slot for your recording.
  • A photo of the nominee is not an essential requirement, but it is appreciated if possible. Photographs should be supplied in jpg format. Photos may be used at the Celebrating Excellence Awards 2025 ceremony if a nominee is shortlisted.
