You will get the most from this event if you live in the surrounding area. Resources and support are specifically aimed at those living in the local community.
You can visit the stands available on the day providing a range of valuable information and resources supporting your health and wellbeing.
Please note, access to some clinical assessments are only available by invitation.

What to expect?
We know that when we have health problems, the situation can be influenced by a multitude of factors, including our level of activity, our general health and our physical and mental wellbeing.
The aim of the day is to allow you to meet with local community partners, charities and other specialist community services. You can visit the stands available on the day providing a range of valuable information and resources supporting your health and wellbeing.
