Ladies only chat and chai

Monday Mindful Making 

Paint, knit, doodle or just sit with a brew. A calm space to get creative, meet others and munch on snacks. No experience needed, just bring yourself.

Tuesday 12 May

Melton Stockyard
The Tuesday farmers market takes place from 7am to 1pm every week at the Stockyard site, with free entry for the public. This market extends the Melton Mowbray Town Centre market that trades on the same day, just a short walk away. Soak up our most bustling market day, chat with our friendly vendors and find unique items. While you are here, pay a visit to our Tavern Bar & Café, open from 7am until 3pm, which is known for its cosy atmosphere, friendly service and delicious locally-sourced food.

Information on mental health and wellbeing will be available on the day.

A group run by men, to support men! A mixture of ages, experience and mental health journeys, it’s a place for men to be themselves and spend time with others in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment.

Men’s Circle with Emerging Horizons
Join Terry from Emerging Horizons for a men’s circle with no fixed agenda or topic. The session evolves naturally based on what participants are currently experiencing, the emotions that need expression and the challenges or wins from daily life.
