Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT) is inviting patients, service users, carers and staff to nominate their staff and volunteers for the trust’s new Covid Heroes awards – a special Celebrating Excellence award, which has been launched as a special dedication to the hard work of staff and volunteers throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Covid Heroes awards aim to recognise and celebrate individuals, teams and volunteers who have gone above and beyond throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, showing dedication and commitment to the trust’s vision of ‘creating high quality, compassionate care and wellbeing for all’ and values of compassion, respect, integrity and trust.
Members of the public are invited to make a nomination for a member of staff, a team or a volunteer before nominations close on 8 January 2021, using the online form: www.leicspart.nhs.uk/covidheroes
The winners of the Covid Heroes awards will be announced at a sponsored virtual ceremony to be held in Spring 2021. Those who nominate finalists will be invited to attend the event and join in the celebrations.
