I am very pleased to announce that following a rigorous recruitment process I have appointed Mark Powell as the new Deputy Chief Executive for LPT, taking over from Dani Cecchini when she leaves this post.

Mark has a wealth of NHS experience having worked across several different parts of the healthcare system and is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Derbyshire Healthcare Foundation Trust, with responsibility for leading all operational services, estates and facilities, information management and technology and pharmacy.

There is a short biography about Mark at the end of my message which provides you with some further information about his background. I am sure you will join me in welcoming Mark to our Trust when he joins us at some point in April.

Thanks,
Angela
