Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is no longer providing the Op Community service.
A new service is now available for the Armed Forces Community across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR). The LLR Armed Forces Navigation Hub is available to Leicester Leicestershire and Rutland veterans, reservists, serving personnel and their families and it will provide:
- help navigating the NHS and other health and wellbeing services
- guidance for new arrivals into LLR
- guidance to enable access to local preventative support.
