The Department of Clinical Neuropsychology is based at the Leicester General Hospital. We see both inpatients and outpatient who are having cognitive difficulties as a result of a neurological condition. These difficulties may be due to traumatic or acquired brain injuries, as well as chronic and progressive neurological conditions.
Our speciality is in providing expert neuropsychological assessment and advice, intervention, rehabilitation, and training.
Patients will need to be referred into the service by the team looking after them at University Hospitals of Leicester.
Referrals can only be accepted from UHL Consultants and members of their teams. We are unable to accept self-referrals or referrals from primary care (your GP).
