Service description
Most stays are planned and allow for family carers to have a break from caring for their family member. At times we can provide emergency care and care at short notice to service users known to our services. Physical needs can be met including enteral feeding, moving and handling, personal care, tracheostomy care or support to reduce their challenging behaviour and a variety of other procedures.
Referral criteria
Adults with a diagnosis of a learning disability. Patients are required to have 100% health care funding and should have identified health care needs.
