Service description
The Tissue Viability service offers guidance and advice to health care professionals working within the community, community hospitals, mental health and learning disability inpatient units to carry out best practice in relation to the management of complex wounds.
Referrals are made via any healthcare professional such as a GP or Nurse.

Who to contact if you need an interpreter or information about disabled access
The referrer must highlight if the patient requires an interpreter.
