Physiotherapy Department Reception – What Three Words Location:  foam valley judge

Parking Update July 2026: From the end of July 2026 (date to be confirmed), there will be automated number plate recognition (ANPR) technology at Loughborough Hospital car park.   Parking remains free for patients, but you will need to register your vehicle at the Main Reception (Entrance 1).  You may be fined if you do not register your vehicle.

When arriving for your physiotherapy appointment at Loughborough Hospital please report to the Main Reception (Entrance 1) and follow signs for Physiotherapy.  However please note, it is approximately a 5 min walk from main reception to the Physiotherapy Department.  If required, Reception can arrange a porter to take you in a wheelchair.

Alternatively, for a shorter walk to the Physiotherapy Department, you can park in the Urgent Care Centre car park.  Walk straight through Urgent Care following signs for the Physiotherapy Department (do not check in at Urgent Care Reception).

If you no longer need or unable to attend your appointment, please let us know by email llr.msktherapy@nhs.net or leave a message on the number below, so we can offer the appointment to someone else.
