What Matters to You?
A community-centered approach to healthcare.
Come along and take a proactive step towards better health and wellbeing.
What to expect?
We are trying new ways of engaging with our patients, and if you are referred to our service, we would like to offer you the opportunity to participate in our event. By working with other local agencies, we offer you an opportunity to come and meet our team and, additionally, gain access to a variety of other professionals under one roof.
We know that when we have problems with breathlessness, the situation can be influenced by a multitude of factors, including our level of activity, our general health and our physical and mental wellbeing.
The aim of the day is to allow you to meet with professionals and other specialist community services, giving you an opportunity to discuss ‘What matters to you’.
You will be able to ask questions, receive appropriate advice, and have an assessment if required.
Visit our Breathlessness Rehabilitation Service page for additional information about our service
What to bring?
If you have been booked into our next event by the Breathlessness Rehabilitation Service then you don’t need to bring anything along with you other than yourself and some moral support!
