Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust provides community health, mental health and learning disability services across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

As well as caring for people who are ill or injured, we support people to stay well and prevent future problems.

We work with family doctors (GPs), local hospitals, social services and other local authority departments such as housing and education. We also work with voluntary organisations and local community groups. We are a teaching trust, which means we conduct research and provide training and education for medical, psychology, nursing and therapy students.

The Service Directory for Referrers has been created to help you see what services are provided, to give you a brief summary of what they do and where they’re located, and to give you simple information about how referrals need to be made.

It includes contact details for all services to ensure you feel supported with any questions you may have about making a referral.
